Homemade Ricotta Goat Cheese

Ok. you caught me. The homemade goat cheese ricotta was a flop. Luckily, I picked up some ricotta at the store with that foresight in mind so my scrumptious snack turned out as I'd hoped. Check out the recipe here and let me know if you succeed! I believe the goats milk has to be raw...which is why I am currently in the market for a dairy goat.
