It's a Burger! Ok, it's Tuna!

Here is a super easy dinner to whip up on a Friday night! Ok, cutting the raw potatos was difficult. I had to slam the palm of my hand against the knife a few times to get it through the whole dad-gum thing but let me tell you, sweet potato fries are worth the trouble.

{Pre-heat oven to 400. Cut organic sweet potatos into desired frie-shape. Season to taste (I used sea salt and cracked pepper). Cook until crispy on the outside!}
{Tuna patties: 4 can of chunk light tuna in water, 2/3 cup oats, chopped celery, chopped onion, 4 egg whties. Combine ingredients, mush with hand and shape into balls. Cook on stove - just like a burger! Makes 6}
{Broccoli coleslaw}

Delicious! I got the tuna pattie recipe from a friend, and the broccoli coleslaw recipe was on the back of the bag it came in! Whole wheat buns folks, that's where it's at.
